An hour 1:1 initial coaching session  

This one on one provides you is where we set up your plan, figure out want to do and how your going to do it given everything going on it your life. 


Weekly Group Calls via Zoom

Each Tuesday morning at 6am for the next 6 week we will have an online Zoom call.  

Each person gets one-on-one time with me to work out what they are doing for week ahead, overcoming any barriers, asking questions and celebrating successes. 

The group the a supportive enviroment in which people get to learn from each other.

You become part of the group 

The first the the Kickstart Group. All the recordings of the session are saved here. Motivation and checkins are provided during the week. You can interact with the group as much as you like. They become your personal cheer squad.

Frequently Asked Questions 

I haven't used Zoom before how does it work? 

It is easy. I send you a link and if you are using a computer it will take you straight into our meeting. If you are joining the meeting on a phone or tablet you will need to use the ZOOM app. This can be download from the App Store for free. 

What happens after I join?

You will get an email with instructions on how to join the group and the meetings. Send me an email if you don't get it within 24hrs. It usually comes instantly. Also, check your junk mail.

Can you join if you don't have Facebook?

Yes, you can. You won't get access to the Facebook group for extra support but you still get your one on one and group meetings. 

What happens if I miss a meeting?

You will get the best results by showing up, but for some reason, if you miss it, the sessions are streamed our private Facebook group, so you can watch them whenever suits you. 

Do you give refunds for missing sessions?

No sorry, but they are recorded so you can catch up.
