Why I do what I do and why I love it!

I grew up watching my dad struggle to look after his health. I can remember going on family holidays and spending the whole time (well it felt like that) at the hospital because dad got sick. He was finally diagnosed with insulin-dependent diabetes but struggled to make any sustainable change to his diet. I thought I could change him.

I went to uni and became a Dietitian. 4 years later I was diagnosed with Ankylosing Spondylitis. I knew what changes I wanted to make to my health and wellbeing but experience the struggle first hand of making changes when you busy, in pain, have no energy and need to work and look after your family.

I know what education or knowledge doesn't help you make changes.

Everyone believes that diet change is hard, restrictive and impossible. I make it achievable with small, sustainable steps that create massage change. My mission is to empower you to be the healthiest version of you that you can be. I want everyone I come into contact with (include you) to have a healthy, fit body so that you can have the energy and confidence to enjoy and do all the things in your life that are important to you, without your health letting you down.

I get so much energy from seeing my clients achieve more than they ever believed was possible with the health goals.
